Starbucks to me is like McDonalds, I only ever stop in when I'm traveling and desperate for caffeine or the restroom. Starbucks is my stop of choice because it's practically guaranteed to be clean and significantly nicer than any McDonalds or most other places one could stop. I love coffee but I can't stand Starbucks so this review is *not* for the product but for the actual location. The coffee is pretty much the same at all locations anyway. The staff at this location were friendly, the building was very clean (including the restroom) although it was pretty cramped. Not a great place to stop in and sit with the coffee and a laptop but good for my purposes. Plus it's right off the highway (in a shopping center.)

This is my go-to Starbucks. The inside isn't that large, but then again, that's the perfect size (never too noisy). The staff is great, they're always polite, accommodating, and answer all of my silly espresso questions. Whenever I need to get out of the house and study, I have a place to go.

Great Starbucks! The staff was very friendly and fast. I prefer Starbucks to be a little more spacious but it wasn't unmanageable.

Seriously, I cannot say enough about this place. First of all, it is is ran so smoothly. They work well as a team and they know what they are doing. They like to laugh and have fun which creates a great atmosphere. I was having a bad day and they made me feel so much better. The next time I went it to purchase something, they gave me a great coupon and let me charge my phone with one of their blocks as I had lost mine! I am thankful that their are kind people in the world like this and it makes me a fan of the Starbucks brand out of a usually corporate avoider. Great job and keep it up! See you soon!

Coming to this Starbucks is never a planned trip. It is always an add-on to whatever other errand I am running while in the area. I am always grateful for it being there though! The main lobby is spacious and has enough seating that you actually have a shot of getting a table or the comfy corner chairs. The section near the cash register feels a bit cramped with all of the items for sale, baskets of coffee and so on but it is okay. The staff is very quick! I have never waited long for a drink but I think the staff is trained for speed with a drive up window. Fast doesn't mean sloppy though! They work well together and have never had a drink come out wrong. My only complaint is the parking lot is a weird layout and it always feels a little crowded with the drive thru traffic exiting where you are trying to park. All and all, I like this store.

Part of the appeal of this Starbucks in particular is sentimental to me. Since I live near Cincinnati this is the perfect mid trip stop on the way to Columbus or Cleveland. It is tradition to stop here any time I am traveling up north. They are efficient and friendly. Their drinks and service have always lived up to what I have come to expect from Starbucks. This is particularly impressive in my opinion due to the amount of traffic at this location. Thumbs up Grove City Starbucks!

Great place for a quick pick me up of caffeine. The service has gotten better since they first opened and the drinks no longer taste burnt.

The weekday morning team does a great job of hustling, getting the order right, and making sure you start your day with a very pleasant experience. Before most people are even awake, this team already is ready to shine and bring some extra energy to everyone's day. Thanks for starting my day off right.

As a former Starbucks barista of 2.5 years, I have fairly high standards for current partners and stores. There are things all Starbucks employees are taught right from the get-go and that I think should be seen whenever I go in to a store that's new to me. That being said, I like this location - for the most part. The staff is overall friendly and nice (though I have heard one or two of them blatantly making fun of a customer for asking a question that really wasn't stupid at all), the store is always clean, they are fast and polite regardless of whether you choose the drive-thru or the cafe. But it's a little crowded and the inside line is hard to navigate. They've got those line organizing ropes up but they don't seem to do anything but make it feel even more cramped. Now I know that isn't their fault, but it sure is annoying. The drinks I've had have always been prepared the way I like them and I always receive them quickly.

I've been to this location a few times, and the staff is helpful, courteous and they've never messed up a beverage I've ordered. Having said that, the space is a little cramped, and this is not my favorite Starbucks location in Columbus. Not really being a coffee drinker, I only order coffee-drinks for other people, and I tend to stick with the beverage selection in the cooler; which, at this location, is average. I like the all-fruit drinks (Naked brand) and the bottled water. Starbucks used to have vegan-friendly pastry options, but those have mostly gone away. At this point, you can get at least one of the oatmeal offerings, and that's about it. As far as non-coffee beverages, they have a nice selection of tea (at least two are herbal and naturally caffeine-free) and Starbucks recently decided to stop using carmine dye (made from the shells of Cochineal beetles) in their smoothies, so as a vegan, I should be able to try those out eventually. The great thing about a chain is that corporate policy dictates a lot of this stuff, and they all eventually fall in line. Consistency is one of this chain's greatest strengths. One thing that I miss from other locations (for example, Sawmill) is the atmosphere and the music. I can't quite put my finger on it, but I feel like I could hang out and relax at the Sawmill Starbucks, but I never feel that here. Maybe they've just had the music turned down every time I've visited? Starbucks does a great job of selecting cafe-friendly music, and I've always considered that one of the benefits of paying $5 for what amounts to a cup of coffee. I think the arrangement of the tables is a little bit off, but I don't think they could fix that, given the size of the location, and how much space is taken up by the service area. Restrooms are always clean and I want to mention the friendliness of the workers here, as that is notable and consistent.

Hot cup of coffee is key. Yes, they have hot coffee and it's like many other Starbucks. Nothing out of the ordinary here.
